In this interactive workshop, students get an introduction to EY and explore a human centered approach to Change Management. We look at the core elements of the Change Experience Method, walk through real project examples, and discuss what helps people navigate transitions successfully. A case study allows participants to apply the concepts by mapping user needs, emotions, and touchpoints during change.
