Management Skills Challenge

For the unique opportunity to learn more about Shell and work alongside Shell professionals please join us for the Management Skills Challenge.
This is a fun exercise which illustrates the qualities and key attributes we look for in our people

1.     Capacity: The analytical ability to place problems in a wide but relevant perspective

2.     Achievement: The ability to get things done

3.     Relationships: The ability to work efficiently with other members of the team

This interactive workshop will be delivered to approximately 25 motivated students and will provide the opportunity to gain an insight into our business whilst practicing a variety of management skills such as creativity, decision-making, planning, problem solving, resource management, sharing information, teamwork and time management.
