Together with consultants from our Transactions Services practice you will gain insight in a real PwC transaction. You will assess the strategic rationale of the transaction, analyze the target, and use past trading experience to form a view of the future and thereby increase the likelihood of the deal achieving its objectives. Along the way, you will become acquainted with the methodologies and approach of one of the world's leading professional services firm.
