The TAS workshop will first give a short introduction to financial due diligence, explaining its role with the overall transaction process.  The theory will then be put into practice, in a case study: You will analyse financial and background information and present identified potential transaction issues.  The workshop will be led by Ernst & Young Transaction Support team members, sharing their on-the-job experience and available for questions about their roles and opportunities at Ernst & Young.  The workshop will be held in the German language.
