The MBD slogan: “Where Gambling Stops!” is perfectly applicable to all participants – on the one hand companies can avoid playing roulette in recruiting future employers by building relationships with highly skilled and motivated students. On the other hand, students are enthusiastic to present their potential, develop their skills, and create professional networks to avoid gambling with their career as well as with their future. By providing a basis for exchanging perspectives, thoughts, and ideas, we want to enable our participants to reduce the risk by playing with their future and rather motivate them to take the lead and make it safe!
